Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an automated return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all assembly hardware, manuals, and protective inserts.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
